CRMJIO is a cloud-based repair shop management software (CRM, Billing, POS, Inventory) operated by:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CRMJIO and all related services. By registering or using CRMJIO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
CRMJIO is offered on a subscription basis. Plans, pricing, and features are available on the Pricing page.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay and PayU.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are sent 7 days prior.
Failed payments may result in account suspension or downgrade after a 7-day grace period.
You agree not to use CRMJIO to:
Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We may update these Terms periodically. Major updates will be communicated via email at least 7 days before becoming effective. Continued use of CRMJIO after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
